Sureish is an executive coach, business growth and leadership specialist who works with individuals and organisations. With over 20 years of business experience, executive coaching, cross cultural acuity and expertise in leadership development across the Asia Pacific to every business engagement.

Sureish has a Master’s Degree in Asian Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

His senior executive experience includes his role as  Managing Director and Vice President for an internationally top ranked, global provider of leadership development solutions, Sureish led the Asia Pacific operations and drove the regional strategy, which included their expansion in India and launch into China and resulted in 35% in revenue over his tenure. More recently, Sureish was also the Asia HR Practice Head for the Corporate Executive Board’s (CEB, now GARTNER) Advisory and Research services, and the Council Director for The Conference Board’s Asia Pacific Talent Council.

Prior, Sureish was the Executive Director of Executive Education at the National University of Singapore Business School. While there, he expanded their regional footprint and secured numerous global blue chip clients for customised leadership and management development programs and doubled revenues over three years.
