Reyna is a passionate leadership coach and facilitator; coaching programs, keynotes, forums and networking for leaders and those on a leadership journey. Reyna’s dynamic approach reflects her focus on getting results for both individuals and client organisations.

Working across public and private sectors, and across industries, Reyna’s strengths based approach helps people find their voice as a leader and influencer. Using her own strengths focus on planning for future success and taking action, She inspires others to activate their strengths and potential.

Reyna as a cofounding director of coachlive, brings 25 years of senior executive experience to her role as a highly skilled executive coach. Senior leaders engage with Reyna to drive career and leadership development through reflection and challenge towards enacting vision.  

She initiated coachlive women, an experiential and action focused program that supports high potential women to maximise opportunities and take their seat at the leadership table. She is proud to do her part in fostering the career and leadership development of hundreds of talented women across any organisation.

Reyna has a graduate qualification in Tourism Management, and uses accredited Human Synergistics  products within an extensive toolkit.
