Nicole is an experienced senior executive with a background in general management, talent management and human resources spaning various sectors. Her most recent role was as General Manager in FMCG, where she led a corporate rebranding, a significant reorganisation and negotiated a 5 year exclusivity agreement with primary suppliers resulting in a 25% top line growth over a twelve month period. This experience provides Nicole an appreciation and insight into many issues faced by business leaders.
Nicole has worked with a diversity of senior executives and international teams to lead organisations through various stages of the business cycle. Nicole has worked with fin tech start-ups through rapid growth and scaling, she has also worked with Leaders of organisations undergoing privatisation and downsizing, reorganisation, change management. She has partnered to lead a transition to new and agile ways of working and led a forum of Global HR Directors in a community of practice designed to foster innovation within People and Culture.
With a Bachelors Degree in Communications and a Masters in International Development, Nicole’s core competence is in the areas of Behavioural, Attitudinal and Skill Interventions for organisations.
