Prior to Coachlive, Marcus held a senior executive position in the leadership and capability development space where he managed a team of learning and performance specialists, partnering with clients to design and deliver learning experiences and oustanding results.

Marcus is business and education qualified, and has a passion for supporting organisations that focus on the importance of purpose, leadership and culture in driving sustainable performance and growth.
