Agi Heale

Executive Coach

Agi is a positive and non-judgemental Coach, who believes that coaching can build total emotional resilience and an unshakeable belief in yourself. She particularly focuses on coaching clients in times of change or pressure.

High achievers, middle managers and future leaders engage with her to take stock of where they are, have a sounding board and get clarity around where they are headed. Through tailored individual coaching programs, Agi encourages her clients to perform at their best consistently and deal with any challenges that come up.

Agi was born in the US, grew up in Hong Kong, studied in the UK and now lives in Singapore. As a result, she works with clients cross-culturally, and is confident coaching people from all walks of life.

Agi is a member of the International Coaching Federation and holds her ACC (Associate Certified Coach) certificate. She is trained both as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute a global leader in training, and as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner with International Teaching Seminars. Agi graduated with a BA in English Literature from the University of Leeds.

Agi has also studied Coaching for Business with City University and holds an Advanced Communicator Bronze award for public speaking with Toastmasters International.
